@Sophie ah thanks for your message 😊 that’s a lovely idea ! Sounds like it’s going to be so special !! I’d also got a big sister jumper for my little one 🥹 … I’d originally taken photos of my little girl in the jumper with a sign saying due June 2024, I took the pictures on the day of the scan but then we’d decided to wait ! Honestly the pictures melt my heart 🥹 so I might do something similar to you and put one of them pictures in their card/gifts! Hope you don’t mind 😅 I was getting a little confused on how we were going to do it lol Will all your family be together on the day or will you do seperate visits ?

@Katie thank you ☺️ I think my partner was thinking more from his parents point of view 🙈 his parents love our daughter obviously but their efforts in seeing us/ her are so poor and he just doesn’t really think they’ll be that excited lol but my family will be the opposite 😂 Hope your pregnancy is going well !

Second baby as well! We will go for a private gender scan on 23rd after that we will take a photo in Xmas pj’s by the three with the scan photo in the three and send 🫶🏼

I’m announcing to my family on 27th as that’s when we’re getting together. I pain on buying cute scratch cards (Etsy or Amazon) that when you scratch off has a cute ‘we’re having a baby’ message. Just a bit of fun and doubt no one will expect it! Xx
@Gabriella I saw these !!! I was going to get them 😅 such a good idea !! I think we’ll have a lot of shocked people if I’m honest too 😆 thank goodness it’s been winter and can wear baggy clothes and coats! 2 more weeeks to go!

How do you lot cope speaking to your family but they don't know a thing 😒 its killing me! Not telling my side until Christmas eve, I just cannot wait to tell my dad 🥰 but its taking forever 😂xx

@Zoe I found it so hard until this point and thought I’d really struggle but I’m not really seeing many people until Christmas time luckily 😆 so that helps but it is hard not talking about the biggest thing going on in your life right now !! It will be here before we know it, how far along will you be on Christmas Eve ?

I'm announcing Christmas day too! 2nd baby, thinking something simple like putting a top on my little boy with "big brother" on it! And having a copy of the scans in an envelope attached to the family members gifts/cards etc with surprise written on it x
