They can chew most things just with gums, my son loves chopped hotdog, pasta chopped up, Mac and cheese, cheerios, chicken, banana cut in to a half into a half. Sweet potato, tater tots. Those are like his favorites but he honestly eats like everything, my favorite starting food was Mac and cheese at his age. He is able to pick it up easily, my son never liked pancakes, cheerios is also a good one if your little is already eating rice husks and rice puffs those helped us convert over to solid food.
Scrambled eggs and pieces of banana / raspberry are my boys fav
I feed him baby foods like fruits and vegetables and I feed him formula and occasionally fries or whatever I’m eating at the moment
Everything pure: Chicken, turkey, meat, salmon, veggies, fruits, baby yogurt, quinoa, baby cereal, pasta, tortilla, rice (2 times per week ) he loves sweet potato
Milk and water (no juice)
Different fruit pancakes, smoothies, scrambled eggs, beans, salmon, oatmeal, cheese, lots of puffs and snacks, veggies- kinda everything nowadays
My baby refuses pretty much everything I try to feed him. But I still try purrees everyday. Hummus, mashed potatoes, applesauce. I'm still scared to try bigger solids.
Avocado, eggs, banana, yogurt w/applesauce, blueberries cut into 1/4s
My little one eats everything we eat. He refuses purées now. So his usual formula and any meals we eat. He reacts really well to anything with sauce and potatoes.
My kiddo eats everything we eat as a family as long as it doesn’t have any salt, sugar or honey. So I always cook everything, separate what is his and then put salt on ours. Today for example he ate banana pancakes for breakfast, tomatoes beef and steamed veggies for lunch, kiwi in the afternoon and rice beans and chicken for dinner. You just gotta make sure everything is in a safe cut and texture, if you can squeeze it with your fingers it’s soft enough.
My 9 mo old eats everything we do that passes the pinch test, and doesn't have sugar, salt, honey. He's a great eater. So, same as Larissa. And his breastmilk.
My girl eats everything we eat. She doesn’t have any teeth yet but chews just fine!
My babies don’t have any teeth so they still can’t eat much. I make them grits for breakfast. I have yogurt melts and puffs they snack on. They like mashed potatoes. I give them baby food every other day. They like the squeeze pouches as well.
