I've been having it pretty intense as well. I find drinkable gaviscon has worked the best for me. I keep it next to my bed cause it's worse at night
Rennie, milk and sleeping slightly upright. I had it really badly for the last trimester.
35 weeks here and nothing... nothing helps 🤣🤣 I'm one tough cookie tho lol
Pepcid and tums
prilosec made it go away for me
I’m on the stronger stuff ring midwife or you gp. I was really struggling but now it’s absolutely fine I eat what I want
Gaviscon helps, I prefer the tablet to the liquid
A whole lot of tums and sleeping propped up on pillows.
My heart burns are not as bad, BUT, I am very careful with what I eat. And listen to my body. I'm literally eating/snacking non stop. I eat veggies and fruit and cheese most of the time. When I feel like I may get heart burn I switch to more cheese and less acidic foods and vice versa. No fried food. No greasy food, minimal carbs. Salted cucumber or cheese before bed and little bit of water usually helps me. I also noticed if I end up eating bad one day, it takes about 3 days to recover. So I'm really careful with what I eat and how often I eat.
plenty of tums . currently going through it too
Yes! Tums and alkaline water for me. Pepcid AC if it gets severe.
