Early labour

I am convinced I’m in early labour. For the last 2-3 days I’ve been having the most annoying/painful symptoms. - lost mucus plug (most of it I think) - tiny bits of blood when I wipe - diarrhoea for 2 days straight - cramps in my belly and lower back (I’d describe them as mild period pains) - serious lack of sleep & can’t get comfy - no appetite - sickness & nausea despite anti sickness tablets - feeling hot & cold all the time (no temperature though?) Does anyone know if I can call MAU and ask to be checked if I am dilating or if I’m actually in labour? I’m honestly so so fed up - actually, I’m beyond fed up now!! I’ve already been in MAU twice over the course of 2 weeks so I don’t want to keep phoning and annoying them then feel like I’ll be crying wolf when the real thing happens! Also currently taking antibiotics for a UTI that won’t seem to go away so I don’t imagine that’s helping my situation!
