Cervical check at 38 week appointment?
Hi everyone - as the title asks - do midwives offer a cervical check at the 38 week appointment or do you have to ask? Would be curious to know if I'm effaced at all!

I had my 38 week check today, don’t check, I was hoping for a sweep but no 😩 said only from 40 weeks xx
No cervical check - they checked for engagement and booked me in for sweeps starting from my due date (where they will check obviously) and induction on 41w exactly
