Endometriosis after early miscarriage/chemical

Hi all, I had an early miscarriage/chemical pregnancy from my last natural FET (was 4 weeks 6 days) and since then I feel like my endometriosis has got worse. Usually I would feel awful about a week before my period, but now I feel that way all the time, with symptoms such as sore boobs, nausea, back ache, leg pain, period pain symptoms. Has anyone else had their symptoms worsen? And do they go down after a while?
