Birthing ball?
Do the hospitals have birthing balls in the birthing rooms? Or do you have to bring your own if you want one? Can anyone recommend an affordable ball if the hospitals don’t have one

I got mine in home bargains cape hill, or try sports direct of something? its just a yoga ball babe. If you search for pregnancy ball you'll pay over double but it's just a yoga ball in different packaging. Mine came with the pump and stuff for it too x
