How to tell how baby is lying?

I read you should be able to feel where baby's head is but the whole of my bump feels pretty much the same! Kicks are mostly bottom left of my belly. Midwife put in my notes that baby was head down but I'm pretty sure they're still breech as I hardly ever feel kicks in the top of my bump

I’ve got no bloody idea where my little girl is 😂 I do get kicks low down in my belly/ groin so think she’s still breech x

I have no idea but I do have a breech baby and I feel kicks up high!

Don’t forget some of the “kicks” you’re feeling could be their hands😂 honestly not sure though, with my first it was so easy to tell but this one I have no clue. She was lied sideways last week but then after some very painful movements I was convinced she’d moved and potentially gone head down but like you I’ve only felt movements low down and not high up so now I’m not even sure. When I feel the top of my bump also I don’t feel anything that could potentially be bum, legs or head like I could with my first so I’m guessing she could still be lying sideways and turning I felt was just her doing somersaults

I thought my baby was breech as I feel kicks quite low most of the time and the midwife suspected it too but I had a scan last week at 31 weeks and he’s head down but holding his feet 😂

I felt a lot more pressure in my pelvic region when mine decided to move head down a couple of weeks back! Although they still have a little bit of wiggle room to move about so can move positions still! I felt “kicks” low down on each side but turns out that was probably his arms 😅and then the middle of my belly is harder so assume that is is back/behind 🤭
