To ring triage or not

Hi everyone staying private as I know people ok here not too sure if I’m in labour waters haven’t gone but Iv been getting irregular contractions. Iv been losing lots of mucus everyday and this morning I swear after I went to the toilet I can now feel something hanging by my cervix but I’m too scared to check what it is or if there is anything there it’s hard to explain what i mean. Also pain is coming on every time I move I can’t walk at the moment 😢
