Yes it can be, I had heaving with both my pregnancies but never actually sick

100% if you’re going to suffer with nausea it tends to increase as your hormone levels go up

@Elisha no worries ☺️ although it was always over the kitchen sink for me… never made it to the loo lol

@Elisha it got worse till a out 12 weeks and then slowly went down but with my first I had hg so it was constantly till I was 20 odd weeks
