pregnancy after preeclampsia
hi! my baby is four months old and I’m not even ready for another but when I am will me having postpartum preeclampsia effect my next pregnancy?

I was told I probably wouldn’t have it again, but I did after my second pregnancy and although it wasn’t as severe, it was harder to get under control. I was discharged with medications the second time around and was in the hospital for 5 nights. First time I was hospitalized overnight and didn’t need take home meds.

I was told 25 percent chance I would have preclampsia again in future pregnancy but wouldn't be as severe as first time.
