Home birth but on blood thinners.

So I’m 22 weeks pregnant, I had a hospital birth with my first no pain relief it was the dream birth apart from I haemorrhaged afterwards. I would absolutely love a home birth this time but I’m on Fragmin blood thinner injections and I don’t know if for one I would even be advised a home birth because I’m on them and two if it’s just a stupid idea because I’m terrified of haemorrhaging again and surely my chance of it happening while on the blood thinners is more. So my question is has anyone had a homebirth while on blood thinners and everything goes smoothly?
