Heating pad I believe helped some and maybe icing will. I hated it

Yes!! I’m dealing them all and didn’t enjoy them at all but I don’t take any medication. I heard yoga may do benefit. I wanna trying do that. As far that help me is do some movement and massage by my husband. It’s different feeling when husband massage than I massage for myself.
I actually tore my round ligament with my first pregnancy. It was incredibly painful, have you had any incident that could have torn or strained it? I went to my doctor and told her how bad the pain was and she prescribed pelvic floor physical therapy. It helped SO much! Not even just with the round ligament but they also taught me a ton of techniques for labor when pushing and breathing that I think is what made my labor so easy! If you have Hoag they have an amazing clinic in Irvjne!
