I agree, have a bath, a shower, put a movie on, rub some nice lotion all over your body. You can also put a warm towel over your belly, to help with the pain. Whatever can distract you and feels nice and comforting. You can always call ob of course, especially if you’re anxious - but relaxing a bit longer at home is probably likely to get things going.
Go take a relaxing bath once they behind consistently close together then go in to the hospital I was told every 4-5 minutes lasting for about a minute for an hour by my ob nurse today
