Bloody show? (Image in pic hence marked sensitive)

Had a membrane sweep yesterday. This was when I wiped after a wee today. There was also darker /older blood with discharge when wiping subsequently. Is this a bloody show? Mucus plug? What does it mean in terms of labour?
