Bleeding gets worse when walking

I walked around a bit one day, and thought it caused an insane amount of bleeding later that evening. But then the following week I hardly moved and still bled quite a lot. But still, that evening bleed caused me to walk way less. That day I kinda sped walked to catch a bus, so no more speed walking. Just leisure.

Yes. That caused my first major bleed.
