Of course. I am on 100mg gepretix, take one a day at bedtime.
@ann - ta 🙂 Are you taking them on a full or empty stomach? And are you taking them at least 6 hours before you have to get up? Some people do find they're quite sensitive to micronised progesterone, and can feel a bit off and fatigued while they settle for a few weeks. For some, that persists and alternatives need to be discussed with their prescriber. 🩷
Empty stomach. And yes before bed so at least 6 hours.
@ann - that's good 🙂 It may be that you need to give things time to settle down, so I'd see how this next week goes if you can. Are you now onto a continuous regime (Gepretix each day), or are you using it cyclically (often two weeks on/two weeks off)? Usually, if bleeds are still being experienced, you would use it cyclically. It might be an idea to discuss using the micronised progesterone vaginally if you continue to experience side effects. This is off-label (not licensed) use, and needs to be discussed with your prescriber. 🩷
Hello 🙂 I'm guessing the tablets you mention are a progestogen of some sort? Could you confirm what they are please?
