Any hacks to help balance your hormones the week leading up to your period?

I’m always more short tempered with my kids and anxious during that week and just want to help myself stay more even keeled during that time!!! *breastfeeding friendly!

I would check out Oxaloacetate. it’s naturally occurring in your body and helps the cycle run smoother. “Oxaloacetate is a metabolic intermediate that plays a role in the Krebs cycle, a key energy-producing pathway in the body. I went on sertraline for PMDD. It’s one of two antidepressants recommended for breastfeeding mamas! I’ve been on it since September & I have literally no Pms/PMDD symptoms leading up to my period. It’s amazing. No side effects for me either.
