I love both 😭 Gianna is nice with the nickname Gia. But Eleni is kind of my favorite pronounced (uh-Len-E), slightly harder to get my partner on board with it though, as he loves the first name so much.
Thoughts??

I would have voted for Eleni if it was pronounced Elle-En-Ee/Ellen-ee.
I would pronounce Eleni like E (Extra) and Lenny

Both are cute. If you go with Eleni maybe spell it differently , like Ahleni/Aleni or something to make the "uh" readable and pronounced correctly in my opinion. I initially read it as "E-Lenny"
