Early labour?
40+3 days and prior to this morning have had no other signs of baby is coming. Waters haven’t broken and no sign of mucus plug. However from 6am this morning experiencing extreme cramping (struggling to breath through) and have just been violently sick.
Could these be contractions or just cramps? Have been for a bath already to ease the pain but oh boy it is sore! With no other signs of labour I’m unsure what is going on!

Call the hospital and they’ll advise. Sometimes your waters don’t go but this sounds like contractions. Time how frequent the cramps come and last for
My waters broke as I was pushing. If nothing is easing the pain and it’s coming in waves time them for a bit and call up
