Pls share your experience.. I have No symptoms, cramping, sore body

Hey! Just a note, I’ve had multiple losses and now on 400mg pessaries twice a day since Tuesday, Im 5wks today with no symptoms.. I was due on Sun/Monday and leading up to it and till Tuesday/Wednesday I was having nausea, tender breasts, cramping, hunger, tiredness but. Since Wednesday I feel NORMAL the only thing is some slight tenderness and crampy twangs where I feel period pains, it’s popping up when I need a BM, or I have a full bladder and also after work my body is feeling sore and I’ll have some cramping triggered by back pain generally after not moving for a day at my desk or just by the end of the day. The pain feels like tightness heaviness like some cramping and tenderness it’s very hard to explain sorry. I don’t think it’s a familiar feeling but not a million miles away from a period cramp maybe I’m not cramping all day it’s just momentary but if it’s caused by the back pain it sticks around a bit longer until I’m able to walk it off or get comfortable. The back pain is lower back and feels very uncontrollable at random points in the day I have had a few MC previously with no full term pregnancy. I just want to hear peoples symptoms really and if this sounds normal Thank you xxx

hi love! try not to stress yourself out too much with overthinking, though i know it’s easier said than done! i had period like cramps and back cramps at the beginning of all my pregnancies! I have one son and currently 13w pregnant now! and i had a miscarriage around 10w before i got pregnant with my son and im so very sorry that you have had to suffer through miscarriages as well. 🫶🏼 your cramping sounds pretty normal to me but if you’re feeling concerned about it, you could always go in for a check up!? with my son, they let me come in as much as i wanted because my anxiety was so high with having a previous loss. sending you my thoughts and prayers that you can have your baby earth side! feel free to reach out to me if you ever need someone to talk to! ❤️
