sleep is so important and necessary for literally every function-do you feel if you had stress relief you’d sleep better or its a different issue? Its also important to de-centre people that don’t add to your life. If people don’t want you at their table its not a table you should want to be at either! Also maybe you could try a holistic approach to things if you want

Have you tried going gluten free? This sounds unrelated but serotonin is actually produced in the gastrointestinal tract. When I eat gluten I feel more depressed and anxious and tired. Food has a huge impact on brain functioning

You need enough iron, vit B, zinc and vit D for energy levels and immunity. So look at your diet and see if you could make changes. Start any necessary supplements.

Yeah but you have to dig deeper. Have you had a blood test to check your levels? Does your multi contain iron? Does it contain the whole entire recommended daily amount?

Anxiety is fucking exhausting But is it actual sleep deprivation? Do you feel like this due to lack of sleep? Or do you still feel like this when you have got several nights of good sleep?
