Waters breaking?
Earlier on I was lying down and when I got up and went to the toilet my underwear was quite noticeably wet.. put a pad on after didn't really seem like the pad was getting that damp but could've been soaked in? But feel constantly damp down there and was a lot of clear liquid when I wiped after going for a wee about half an hour ago. Is it worth ringing triage?

Could be waters, or also could be excess discharge. Putting the pad on to monitor is a good idea and yeah as the previous comment, next thing you could do is call labour triage and see what they say.
I’d definitely ring triage. This was happening to me for 5 weeks and kept getting told I was wetting myself cause my pad wasn’t wet. I had a slow rupture. Don’t want to scare you. But definitely best to get it checked
