I’m currently reading brutal prince by Sophie Lark
I read a little, actually a lot, of pretty much any genre, this week I’ve finished reading, The Island by Natasha Preston, read Steven King’s Mr Mercedes, Lauren Oliver Liesl & Po, Ann Rule’s Stranger Beside Me & currently on a break from Julia Quinn’s The Secrets of Sir Richard, bc I seen this notification & yay recs. Lol Here recently I’ve gone back to reread/read some of the greats, like Agatha Christie, Lovecraft, Tolkien, Matheson & King, who I enjoy comparing bf & after Tabitha. lol Then I kinda took history to a new level, after reading the Outlander series last year, & started reading historical fictions, it’s twice the fun as I’m fascinated by authors who have the extraordinary talent to tie the 2 together & I like checking their work, then see if it matches their claims. In my physical library I have quite the mix, so on one shelf you’d see books like Dante’s Inferno & medical books on another, w/ lots of true crime, mysteries & fantasy. Now your books are on my list too.TY
I hear Infinite Jest is quite lengthy - kudos to you! How many pages is it? I want to read it someday, but with a 6-month-old as a FTM, I can barely read the instructions on the back of a frozen dinner for myself lol. I'm currently trying to finish Tell Me Everything by Elizabeth Strout. Great book, just no time or stamina to get through it quickly.
I am! I loved Brief Interviews by DFW, The Stranger by Camus, and The Subterraneans by Kerouac.
Im currently reading One Dark Window by Rachel Gillig I haven’t heard those authors. What genre do they write?
