Hey, any changes in movement should mentioned to triage. Give them a call and they will probably send you in for a quick check up x

If you're concerned I'd recommend calling triage as they can listen to babies heartbeat and track movements. This is my second pregnancy and I don't think it's recommended but if I was concerned I'd drink something really cold to try and get the baby moving! Hope everything is ok 🤞🏼x

Hi everyone, so sonographer at 20w scan was right. Basically I have a very stubborn baby who will not do what you want her to do😅 I tried the cold water and tried prodding and shaking but still couldn’t get anything. Told my partner I’d have to call triage because I hadn’t had anything convincing for quite a long time so he went for a quick shower and just like that I got the biggest kick 🤦‍♀️ baby went on to kick the whole day after that! Next time she acts up I’ll definitely just phone triage because it seems she doesn’t respond to the usual tricks!
