@Emma have you got any specific brands in mind that you may have used in the past? I was searching on Google but never specifies whether it's pregnancy friendly
I found strike sachets have been brilliant. Taste good too ! X
Try coconut water (without added sugar or preservatives) as it’s got electrolytes that you need and add salt to your food!! Some herbal teas would also be good too.
What lip balm are you using? I found Lansinoh lanolin nipple balm the BEST lip balm I’ve ever used keeps your lips hydrated all day
Definitely get electrolytes
@Suji I haven’t used any personally but I’ve seen ads for pregnancy ones on Instagram.
Dry lips alone is not a sign of dehydration. If your pee is not dark and infrequent then it’s more likely that your lips are dry because of the weather elements. A good lip balm will help, I find carmex lasts a long while or any thicker formulas, Aesop does a stick lip balm that lasts all night if I apply before bed.
Electrolytes I suffer with migraines and these really help I use Liquid IV you can get from boots or Sainsbury's I like the lemon and lime ones best xx
Electrolytes is the answer :)
Thank you everyone for replying back x I will try and get some electrolytes and see how I go
Maybe your over hydrated this tends to happen to me
Strike electrolytes were godsend to me
Try electrolytes :)
