Heartburns before sleeping

Hello mamas, I am suffering from very strong heartburns especially before bed which makes it even harder to sleep- sometimes its the feeling of heartburn and feeling that I need to throw up.. I am 27 weeks now and just don’t know how to deal with it any natural things any tried before that has made a difference?

I also really struggle with heartburn every night. For me it can last throughout the night and even wake me up. I’m currently 29 weeks myself and the only thing that really works for me is a glass of milk. It seems odd but it provides me with instant relief. Also if you are getting the heartburn when you lay down try propping your head up with a couple pillows.

Tums are not actually safe for pregnancy, they've been linked to calcifying placentas. Apple cider vinegar, probiotic before bed, mint tea, also recommend chiropractic care
