How early do you feel movement and how often?

I feel like my first baby didn't really move where I could feel it until 18 weeks and then he never stopped I was like boy settle down ugh lol and my second moved aggressively a few times a day like really strong but way less often now with my third I feel movement here and there but not hard I'm starting to think maybe it's not another boy I don't know yet I'm far along enough to tell the gender but I couldn't get an appointment til April 7th because they're booked

I didn’t feel my baby move till after 20 weeks. I wouldn’t worry too much mama. Hope the first scan goes well, might be a girl! 🩷😆

@Aliyah fingers crossed I have two sons already and I want to sew cute little dresses this time but we shall see lol

With my first I felt "waves" at 16 weeks but only because the midwife explained that I could. Think I would have missed it. She's a girl. After that she was so active. Now I'm 37 weeks with a boy and I started feeling him at 12/13 weeks because I knew what to look for and ever since he's been very active. Xx

I didn't feel a thing until I was 24 weeks and then it was just like bubbles, I had an anterior placenta.

I have one of each. They’re fiercely similar with how they are in utero. Baby boy ( 2nd pregnancy) I felt slightly sooner by like a week, but yeah they both are identical lol. They both got active before bed and they hate when I lean on things

My daughter was so lazy in the womb, I’d have to move my stomach around just to get her to move one foot 😂

Less likely to be related to gender and much more likely to be due to the location of your placenta. I’m in my second boy pregnancy and I felt my first son’s movements both stronger and earlier because I had a posterior placenta (attached to the back wall of my uterus) whereas this time I have an anterior placenta (attached to the front wall). Very common with anterior placenta to not feel movements until later and/or not as strongly as baby is basically pushing against the placenta rather than directly against your stomach x

I've had two girls, one barely moved until 28 weeks and this one has been kicking like a beast since 18 werks

Given my size and the fact that the placenta has grown on the back side, I could feel my baby moving very early.

Both my girls and boys I felt consistently very very early. My girls probably earlier cause they tend to sit a little higher.
