My right side of my lower stomach hurts when I pee and during sex, yesterday sex was super uncomfortable on the right side and now it hurts when I pee

Sounds like a possibly UTI or STD. Do you have a PCP to request testing?
@Shannon what std could that even be? The last time I got checked was 3 years ago when I was pregnant

I’ve had the same issue for the last 4 years! Been to the doctors but public health for woman is terrible. Just told me I must be constipated and to keep an eye on my bowl movements to see if it lines up for when sex hurts (it doesn’t)
