I vomited twice too. Which isn't like me. My stomach feels tender but baby is moving fine. No changes in movement.
Sounds like food poisoning If it was me, id take some activated charcoal as if its just due to oil wtc or is food poisoning that will help.

My partner and daughter ate the same as me and they are fine. 🤷♀️🤷♀️ I think If I am still having pain tomorrow morning I will go get checked. I'm exhausted now.
I had similar with a chippy meal during pregnancy and I’m pretty sure it was just down to digestion and hormones - as everything’s been shifted around inside, your stomach might be extra sensitive and unable to digest like it did before. Sounds like you’ve done everything right; just keep rested for a little while, try some peppermint tea x
It sounds like you’ve picked up a tummy bug. Has your little one been poorly? I hope you feel better soon
Sounds like food poisoning, but it may not have been that meal. Some bacteria can't be from a meal you had days ago depending on it's type. Which would make sense if no one else was ill. Ensure you rest up and stay hydrated xx
@Jess I feel fine this morning. Can still hear gurgling sounds. Baby is still moving fine. I think it was trapped wind. Honestly labour was painful but the pain I experienced yesterday was something else. Was horrible, I couldnt think with it! 😭😭
If you’re still unwell/vomiting/diarrhoea today it wouldn’t hurt to get checked out. It may not be preterm labour but because your pregnant you’re most susceptible to decline quickly. I am not trying to scare anyone at all but before Christmas I had a pretty bad bout of gastro (spent most of the weekend alternating throwing my guts up and violent poops), had an app on the Monday and that resulted in a code blue, ambulance trip to the hospital and a deluxe week long stay. I was severely dehydrated (more so than I had obviously thought) but it threw out my magnesium/potassium levels enough to affect my heart rate & bp . All things said and done baby was fine (she’s now a healthy, happy 5wk old!)
Sometimes that can happen with seafood. You could always go in for reassurance. Pregnancy does weird things to digestion
