This is my second pregnancy and the only person who has ever done that is my mother. So yea, I would be shocked if someone touched me.
I’m glad to say nobody has, although when I do announce it everyone wants to give me a hug and I’m not a big hugger already. I think everyone knows that I’m not really big on physical, so that’s been part of the reason why they’ve been respectfully distant.

Absolutely. Thankfully no one has done that yet with this baby. But baby #1, it was ALL the time. Particularly my in laws and I had to remind them multiple times not to touch me without asking. I’m generally okay if I’m prepared for it, but the touching out of no where and not being asked made me irrationally angry with my first baby. 😵💫
My first pregnancy, I only had one moment of unwanted touch. I was 9weeks+ 2days along when we announced to our church and two women who were a bit older held my stomach and were saying "awe, hello", it felt weird and I was like "this is just bloat right now....." their response."Awe, she thinks it's just bloat. " 🙄😒 That was the only time anyone touched my belly without me asking if they would like to. It's very weird, and I don't understand, like you wouldn't just touch my stomach any other time and really wouldn't touch my newborn without asking, so why touch my pregnant belly‽
