Pregnant on the copper coil?

Has this happened to anyone? I had a little bleeding then it stopped and I started having really bad stomach cramping like I had in the very beginning of my first pregnancy. I was going to buy a test just to be safe but my period properly came the next week so I left it thinking it was fine. I’ve still had the stomach cramping but put it down to the bleeding but I’ve woken up today feeling so sick and have been throwing up all morning. The first time I had the little bleeding it was similar to implantation bleeding which is why I’m worried but I have had my period so surely it’s unlikely?
