Yep I've just bought a pillow so praying that helps, I'd have said Ive had it since week 14 and it's agony 😭😭 I'm going for physio this week but don't want to end up buying things if it doesn't work as likewise the belt didn't seem to help when I tried one xx
The stretches on the NHS Website, along with a pregnancy pillow, have really helped me! It's still there but not as bad.
Yes! Since 10 weeks this time around 😭 I have a pregnancy pillow for sleeping which I do think has helped a little. I have a yoga ball and when it’s really bad I will do some bouncing/ pelvic floor tilt work for 30 mins and it does help. I’ve tried a belt and it does nothing for me personally. Although the best thing helping me most days is paracetamol, it makes the biggest difference and I really wasn’t keen to take it! I only use it on bad days.
