Do you get cramps before or after your period ?
So for the longest time I’ve always gotten cramps a few days before my period. Since giving birth to my last I get my period then a few hours later I get crampy. I’d see ladies talk about how suddenly their period came out of nowhere and I never understand lol. Now that mine just comes up I’m curious about others.

I used to get cramps before I had my baby, both before during, but now I don't get any!
No cramps, just headaches.

Sorry I clicked no period while scrolling. I do get one I’m not on any BC but I’ve never had cramps. I get gassy exactly a week before in my luteal phase but that’s about it that’s the only symptoms to when my period is coming, and the only time I’m gassy but it’s non stop for like 2 days lol.
