@Ceri the only thing that’s helped to calm it down has been a warm bath but the minute I get out the bath it starts again, tbh it keeps coming in waves so it gets worse and I go on all 4’s and rock forward and backwards or the birthing ball and then it’ll slow down. But even if I’m lying down or standing it still comes in waves, intense sharp pain then stops
I’m also experiencing all of these. Let’s hope labour is close✌️🤞
It could maybe be that the head is more engaged/ baby has dropped down into pelvis as I know this can apparently cause more pressure on the pelvic area. Does anything help or worsen it? Eg sitting or lying in certain positions?
