Baby sitting unaided

Nope, mine can't either, but it's a but early still

My LG is the same she's 5 months on Saturday x

Mine can sit unaided now but she's not great at rolling! She can roll onto her front and then just gets stuck in that position lol

My LO is 5 months today and has over the past few days got a lot more confident with sitting unaided, can go 30secs or so and can bring herself back up when she leans but no signs of rolling either way yet 🤷‍♀️

Mine started sitting unaided for a few seconds at just over three months🥲 He’s now four months and can sit pretty well unaided, although he is sometimes sick if he is holding a toy as still leans forward with it.

My little boy is 5 months tomorrow and no interest in rolling yet and although loves sitting up, he’s not doing it unaided yet. They all do it on their own time so I’m not worried x

5.5 months and not sitting unaided (loves to stand) or rolling either.. I’m sure she will do both in the coming weeks 🤞🏼

5 months, same as you. get a few seconds but topples over and ends up like a starfish. he can roll back to front but not the other way x

It’s still early. My first baby sat up by 7 months. X

Mine has been sitting up from before 4 months but has no interest in rolling. She can roll front to back but rarely does it and hasn’t managed back to front yet

My LO is 5.5 months and is beginning to sit unaided for about 30 seconds before falling and has been rolling onto his front since he was 3.5 months but has only just started rolling onto his back!

For anyone worried their baby isn’t doing this yet - know that sitting completely unaided (so plop them on the floor and they stay there) is not an expected milestone until 9 months. So well done babies already there 👏

Mine started sitting unaided for a few seconds at a time at 4m, the same as his brother. He’s now 5 months and getting confident with it but still just decides he’s done and flops to the side😂 he’s also rolling both ways. Every baby is different so please try not to worry and compare!
