Ice cubes, sipping ever so slowly water with fresh lemon, watered down Starbucks dragonfruit mango refresher (8 oz refresher adding to 24 oz water makeshift tea) was all I could do during week 10-11. Sometimes a cold pressed juice or smoothie would help with nausea but I had to sip slowly. Had to be neutral in flavor. Very bland diet. It does get better but I honor its tough when all feels downright disrespectful to consume!

Ginger doesn’t work for me but minty things do! peppermint specifically. I carry mints everywhere, gum. Lately I’ve just been opening the tin of mints and smelling it.

I was like this last week in my 10th week, too. I told my husband that I thought something was wrong because I'm not supposed to be going backward. I am feeling MUCH better this week (11w3d) and had a good scan yesterday. 2nd trimester is coming fast, and better days are ahead!
I’m 10 weeks 6 days and still really struggling with the nausea and nothing helps except eating my cravings and laying down which is hard because I also have a toddler.
