should i be concerned?? ⚠️PP blood clots

so today i went to L&D bc i had some small blood clots, i had an episiotomy saturday during my delivery, so i wanted to make sure everything was okay. the doctor said everything was good my tear looks great and everything seems normal since im having very light bleeding and the clots weren’t big. she said golf ball or tennis ball sized is a cause for concern but those are very different sizes so im unsure with this blood clot i passed a few hours after getting home. is this a clot to worry about and go back or am i trippin too much
