eating less food but more often… and never laying down after eating. if you do need to, keep your torso elevated. I slept/ napped/rested inclined, always. or up straight is better. it was uncomfortable because you don’t want to be on your back too much either… eventually I took pregnancy safe antacids in my third trimesters when it becomes unbearable. it goes without saying to avoid trigger foods. anything spicy, acidic or fried. hold off on drinking liquids for an hour after eating… unless you immediately have heart burn since the water actually helps dilute the acids. and i’d never eat or drink for like 4 hours before bed. there’s so many factors!! I hope you find the right ones to help ease the discomfort! good luck!!

I eat every 2 hours usually a protein. I also have a dairy product before bed. Either a yogurt or a bowl of cereal. The biggest change was no more processed bread or grain. Every bread or pasta is whole wheat.

@Jo Ann this definitely helps ALOT!

Pepcid always in my purse

I take an Acid reducer pill when I get up and one when I go to bed
