MatB1 form
I’m wondering if anyone could help me, I’ve been trying to get through to the community midwives so I can get my MatB1 form but I cannot get through 😩 I’ve been trying for hours each day and its getting to the point where my work are now chasing me as I need it before 25 weeks which I am on Wednesday and my next appointment isn’t until 28 weeks. Has anyone else had any luck or have a different number/email that’s on badger/online? I don’t even mind going in to request it but I have no clue where to even go! Thank you 😊 I even got through to a maintenance department at one point 🤣

Do you have a childrens centre near you that you can go into as midwives are usually based there at least one day a week so you can contact the centre and explain and hopefully have a midwife there that can give you the form
I got mine through the hospital team at one of my scan appointments - is pop in and ask them if you are struggling Xxx

I just went to the pre-natal department and asked the receptionist because no one was answering the phone and told her it’s urgent need it for work and they got a midwife to sign it for me that was at Tameside
