Any September babies, Rolling yet ?

My bubby has been rolling since about 4.5 months, she’s now crawling around the place and pulling herself up in her feet 👀 swear it won’t be long till she tries to start walking

My 6month old is almost crawling 😭

@Brylee-Jane how long after was your little one crawling? My little boy started rolling at just over four weeks! Xx

@Jade she has only just started crawling in the last week and a half and she is a week off being 7 months x

What are other people doing to make babies roll .. Mine is 6.5 months and not rolling

@Kali lots of nappy free time, tummy time, supported rolling (hold under one bum cheek and help them move their leg over to get them onto their tummy / hold by shoulders and move from tummy onto back). They also need practice just lying on their backs and on their sides xx

My girl can roll over but only one way and is 7 months x

Rolling, sitting unassisted and pretty much crawling

@Shore it allows for unrestricted movements so it’s easier for them to practice gross motor activities like rolling and crawling! Lol - we put a hand towel down on our waterproof play mat and if he pees, we’ll just chuck it in the wash and wipe down the mat! We started by using puppy pads but he moved so much they got in his way, the towel seems to have more friction 😂

Rolled one way at 2 months then the other at 4 months.

It's funny cuz I've seen baby turn in her crib, but she won't do it on the floor. Also, I think she might be a bit delayed cuz I didn't know when to start Tummy time and didn't start till like 2 or 3 months later.

So my baby was a bed baby. Yea it’s easier for them to roll on the bed than the floor. So i encourage a lot of floor play. Also what I did to help my baby roll back to front was use a toy to help her roll. Put it close to her and when she reached for it I’d pull it back a little and she’d roll or try to roll to get it.
