Rash on baby’s stomach

My daughter came out in a dry bumpy rash a few weeks ago I think it was due to a new bath wash I used, I applied sudocream and E45 for a few days and it cleared it up.
Could it be due to the heat?
Since he was born (he is 3 months now) we are using Johnson’s bath wash and mustela lotion and we never had issues, but yes I thought about changing bath wash and lotion to see if it will help. It was really warm past couple of days so it could be due to the heat too 🤔
My 11 week son has similar rash along with dry patch's on his arms and legs. I used johnsons bath wash last weekend. I'm hoping it will clear on its own.
Its the johnsons wash, mine had this too so i got aveeno bath wash and put aveeno cream on him consistently for a week
Could it be heat rash? My LG had heat rash which lasted a few days and has since gone down
My baby has the same, the dermatologist prescribed him an Oiloment to wash and cream him in. Seems to be clearing up, maybe suggest this to the doctors. I was using Aveeno wash and cream on the body but it didn’t seem to be moisturising enough especially with the weather change. @Kasia just to add. Only use this on the body not the face as it too oily for the face and could clog the pores x
My little girl has come out in a red rash this morning on her arms and legs. I’m awaiting a call back. I have a feeling it might be a reaction to Nala’s body lotion which I used on her arms and legs last night after I gave her a bath. I’ve used their body oil on her before but not the lotion this was the first time.
