Unisom 25mg & B6 50mg every night before bed is what my OB told me to take in my first trimester. I’ve been taking it ever since because when I don’t I’m still so nauseous I can’t function
@Adriana the ones they give me in the hospital 27mg of Fe and 1mf FA
@Lexi y Are you alone? Or also the prenatal ones?
@Jazmin Alexandra I take them on top of my prenatals (I use Perelel prenatal and supplement extra choline, magnesium and calcium on top as they don’t have enough for me)
Are you taking them at night? The best time to take prenatals is between dinner time and bed time when you have a full stomach and can lay down before potential nausea hits. The best prenatals in my personal experience are: 1. One A Day Advanced Prenatal Vitamin + Choline 2. MegaFood Baby & Me 2 Multi 3. Garden of Life Prental Multi + DHA I’ve been taking prenatal vitamins for over 2 years straight now and haven’t done well with any of Target’s Up & Up brand or NatureMade. I’ll always choose pills over gummies to avoid unnecessary ingredients and lacking nutrients. My OB says to take children’s Flintstone Chewables as a last resort though. I’m pretty sure eggs have every essential vitamin except for Vitamin C so consider eating eggs every day with spinach added, or even tomatoes in an omelette.

I switched to the gummy prenatals but I also have to take iron pills to because the gummy ones really don’t have a lot of of iron in them that’s what my doctor told me
What prenatals are you taking?
