Pelvic pain

Evening All !! So I’ve been getting really bad pain at the front of my pelvis almost like the from of my vagina. When I’m walking or standing it feels like my bones are snapping. Anyone else experienced this or have any advice on how to relieve pain.

Yes I get this sometimes, unfortunately I’m not sure of anything to manage it. But based off research online and people I know have been pregnant they say it’s normal. But if you ever feel like it’s really bad, it’s worth getting checked just in case x

Yeah I've been getting it most days the last couple of weeks, it's awful when standing/?walking, mine goes away when I'm sitting and resting, but is back as soon I stand, I've looked it up and so haven't found anything that's helps it, I'm due to see midwife tomorrow so I'm going to ask her if she can recommend anything to help,if she suggests anything,I will post on here for you to see.

Walking slower and smaller steps, I’ve found compression leggings worked much better than a maternity belt for me. you can google pgp exercises nhs to see a few leaflets with basic stretches and moves to help but honestly sometimes nothing will help, my hospital trust don’t do anything for you but others refer to phiso so may be worth speaking to your midwife to see if they can offer any help X

Aw Ive been up googling tonight, I think I might have pgp - I've got pain and a crunching in my right hip into pelvis area. Pelvis and legs feel tired at the end of the day now . I'm going to look for some physio exercises tomoz and see how I go if not I'll see a chiropractor as it really helped in my first pregnancy x

Thankyou everyone ! Although not nice for anyone nice to not be alone in it x

I’ve been suffering with it I think it’s called SPD my midwife referred me for physio therapy I start next week

Just been to the doctors about this today and there’s nothing you can really take for it. See if you can get a physio referral from either your doctor or midwife. My midwife was able to get me physio at the hospital. Warm baths are meant to help and some people end up wearing a hip braise to help support the pelvis x
