Transverse lying baby

Hey Mumma’s to be! I’m almost 34 weeks now and I can still feel baby is lying across my stomach instead of head down… has anyone else’s baby not head down yet?! Has anyone’s little one turned later on in pregnancy?

Head down and engaged are two different things! Mine's been head down for a while but deffo not engaged yet (36 weeks today). Determining baby's position can be a bit tricky - does your midwife check it during appointments? In any case, there's still time for baby to turn. I'd recommend having a look at Spinning Babies, they have a bunch of exercises that could help get baby head down xx

My baby is laying head down but with her bum and legs across my belly so it mostly just depends on babies mood😂 my friends baby was breech and flipped at 38+5 so movements happen anytime

@Jessica ah this is reassuring! I’m not sure when I should start panicking or not 😂

I've read so many posts about this. Many women were scheduled for a C-section, but on the same day, the doctors realized the baby had turned at the last minute and canceled the procedure.

I’m 33 weeks and still very much breech!

I’m 35 weeks and transverse. They said they will start discussing trying to externally move her at 36 weeks. Bouncing on my birthing ball to try and get her to move! 🤣
