Morning sickness & Office Jobs

I go into the office 4 days a week and it’s been getting harder and harder to get through the day with morning sickness and waves of nausea & exhaustion. Anyone else dealing with this? Or any suggestions? I try to keep snacks and whatever I need to help but I just want to go home and curl up in bed

Same! Long 12 hr days, from the time I wake up to the time I come home. I try my best to get to bed extra early, take quick naps on my lunch break, and frequent snacks. Halfway through my day, I also wanna crawl back to bed😭

Same i have long 13 hr days and the sickness has been kicking my butt . Went in to my doc had to call n asked to be squeezed in they gave me promethazine tablets and recommended ensure . I’ve seen a difference and it’s helping me . We got this n mama we will get through

I took 25mg of b6 three times a day and it was a game changer for my morning/all day sickness.

I had the worst morning sickness with my 2nd munchkin. Pedialyte popsicles helped a lot. It calmed the nausea long enough to get something in my stomach which helped stop the morning sickness. Really listen to your body, being hungry can cause nausea and eating too much. Right now I’m pregnant with my 3rd and I’ve just been having waves of nausea here and there usually because I’m hungry or I’ve eaten too much. Ginger can help but usually not on an empty stomach, it can irritate an empty stomach. Use ginger when you have already eaten something and Pedialyte popsicles when on an empty stomach. GOOD LUCK MAMAS! 🫶

I totally feel you- I have had to navigate nausea and vomiting in the office for the past 4 weeks. I have like a whole food kit I bring with me and absolutely have to eat every 2 hours! I eat something immediately after I wake up and have breakfast, then once at work I oatmeal, and then every two hours I have something- kiwis, chomps sticks, applesauce, crackers, whatever my nauseous heart desires for lunch, Fresca, preggie pops, toast, sparkling water. Like 50% of my work day is now eating and trying not to vomit. I do have vomit bags from Amazon that are great for containing the mess and smell if you try and avoid the public restroom (gross). I have also literally gone to my car or closed my office door and curled up on bad days!
