Lighting crotch

Anyone got some remedies or ways to handle Lighting crotch. I'm 23 weeks and get it quite often during the day. And I'm a server so it kind of stuns me in place for a few minutes lol

Hi. I had this as well. I was on bed rest and I put ice in freezer bags and wrapped a hand town around. It helped. But please let your ob know as this should be monitored. All the best

Ooooh those are tough! Side movements can totally trigger it, right? I know it’s not easy, but try to avoid any sudden moves. Take smaller steps when you’re walking as it might help ease some of that sharp nerve pain. A pregnancy support belt could also be a game-changer because it gives your pelvis some extra love and stability. And if you can, consider seeing a physio! Strengthening those muscles can really help support your pelvis and keep things a little more comfortable.

I’m 33 weeks and this just started for me today. It’s terrible!!!!
