I let mine know since I had an appointment that week. She had me wear compression socks and walk on the plane. I was 12 weeks.

I went around the same time. I did ask my midwife but she said just have fun! However the walking around plane or at least moving your feet around in circles is something I would recommend 😊 enjoy your holiday!
