I’m having the same trouble🤦🏼♀️I’ve referred myself to physio to see if that helps, I’ve also bought a exercise ball and been taking paracetamol just before bed it eases the pain a little xx
Kinesiology tape is amazing!
This is my 6th pregnancy and I have had this so bad in my last 3! This time I can’t even put one foot in front of the other sometimes and I get really behind on my house chores etc. it’s so bad! I have had physio before but nothing really helps, the only relief about it is as soon as the baby is born it’s gone 😢
I have a massive tubergrip I've been wearing since 25 weeks and a support belt. Sleeping with pillow between my knees also helps get comfortable at night. Trying to take it easy but not so simple
@Lauren same here for 6th time dealing with it! Honestly - try kinesiology tape. It's a game changer. I had an amazing physio with baby no.3 who recommended it. It's not a fix and there's still some pain, but no where near as bad as managing without
@Becka Thankyou so much will give it a try !! ❤️
Hey, also over here with pgp, can really relate!🥲 I went to physio class & my trust has an app which I do exercises from every day😊 Got a pregnancy ball also which helped! Didn't find a belt helpful for me personally but you might! "Nose over toes" has been so helpful in terms of when I stand up from sitting and getting out of car. Also if moving from sleeping on one side to another in bed, I go under on my knees instead of rolling on my back now. Have been recommended to stop lifting anything heavier than a baby already. I also make sure I'm not sat upright in the same position for too long because that seems to be one of the triggers for making walking more painful, but I know everyone is different. This has been helpful for me over the past few weeks, so thought I'd share, but definitely recommend reaching out to physio😊
I am struggling also. The pelvic physio has been very useful, I self referred to that. Doing the basic things like keeping legs together when getting in and out of car or out of bed. Dressing sitting down. Not overdoing it and telling work if you are working so you can have a plan to avoid going off sick. My pregnancy belt helps, and avoid walking far. I'm starting pregnancy yoga soon also. I am 29 weeks
