Sharp pain right side

I'm currently 4 weeks pregnant and I have a sharp pain on my right side. It doesn't hurt when I press there, just when I move around or exhale. I'm worried this could be an ectopic pregnancy. Is this likely or is it a normal symptom and I'm just overthinking?

Sounds like ligament pain which is normal, I've had it with my first and this pregnancy and it bloody hurts lol

I’m 4 weeks and been having period like cramps the past few days which go away and come back, sometimes sharp sometimes dull. But feel quite like the cramps before a period. I think it can be normal. I had a miscarriage last year, and one of my main signs was really bad pains, like so sore I could hardly move, at the time I was told it was implantation. If you are worried contact your midwife or EPU, I did, and I’m glad

@Zoe I didn't realize you could get ligament pain so early on! Dr google (which I should know better than listen to) says I wouldn't have ligament pain until 14 weeks!

I didn't but I'm 6 weeks today and I've been having it on the odd occasion lol

@Aims epu can't help because it's too early to see anything on ultrasound and basing of hcg is too inaccurate. Was just hoping for reassurance at this stage since I can't find out anything for sure for a couple of weeks yet

That’s frustrating they can’t help! They not too worry yourself too much I know cramps are normal xx

@Zee what did yours turn out to be?

@Zee did you have strong positive tests before this? I can't get it checked as they know they won't be able to find the pregnancy at this stage, so it's a waiting game
